Motivation, sport, personal development... Boost yourself!

While personal development is booming and every day new sites and books are released, and new YouTube videos are published, why create a blog dedicated to personal development and motivation ?

The uniqueness of this blog is that it is based on lived experiences, 30-day challenges that I have personally carried out. I am not a coach or a mentor, but I want to share this method which allows one to make progress in every area. I am not selling a pipe dream. I give myself challenges, I try to accomplish them and I recount what I felt. Then it's up to everyone to draw from it what might be interesting for them.

30 days is short. Doing something you are not used to every day for 30 days is a small effort. And yet it is with this small daily effort that we will create new habits.
